2cl cane sugar syrup

2cl lemon juice

3 fresh mint leaves

10 cl sparkling water
Fill a glass with crushed ice, add the Stim', cane sugar syrup, lemon juice and soda water. Also add 3 mint leaves. Mix everything together.

1 cl Edinburgh Gin Rhabarber

2 cl Rhabarbersirup

2 cl Zitronensaft

2 Tropfen Angostura
Fill a glass with crushed ice, add STIM', rhubarb syrup, and lemon juice.
Finish by adding Gin and Angostura.
Mix everything together.
The winter fruit is rhubarb! Rhubarb adds a tangy touch to this sweet and delicious cocktail,
the WINTER STIM', no matter the season.

1 tea spoon brown sugar

0.75 cl raspberry syrup

Crushed ice
Crush all ingredients with a pestle directly into a glass. Add the crushed ice.
This revised and corrected version of a caïpi, offers the STIM' considerable advantages, like hydration without altering the taste of your drink. It is especially ultra-refreshing.

Put all the ingredients in a shaker, shake and pour the mixture into a glass, without straining.
You can enjoy this cocktail all year round by using any fruit in season. Note, however, that fruits with acidity (strawberries, raspberries, pineapple) work best to create this zing.

The ultimate energy cocktail.
With the exception of one ingredient, this cocktail was created by London bartender Dick Bradsell in the 1980s for a supermodel who ordered a drink "that would wake me up, then fuck me up". The cocktail was then called The Stimulant. Later it was renamed Espresso Martini and we will call it The STIM' coffee.
